Simple concept. This forum uses it for it's swear filter. We know it as GORED.

I for one would like the *optional* choice to run text through a filter of common horrible intentional mangling of the language.

Just a random thought that came to me from a forum that does this.

Explain how GORED is the filter, when quite obviously RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO is.

GO RED ENGINE.

Also no, that idea sucks there are hundreds of different things id rather anet did, yu dont like how people talk turn off local / ignore list em.

Try posting everybody's favorite four letter f word and see what Guru posts.

Anyway, this is the main reason why unless I'm specifically trying to buy or sell something I stay in international districts. Less annoying people. I wish this exact filter existed, mainly for "verily good sir", but there's so many stupid people coming up with so many stupid ways to talk that we'd never catch them all.

Like AutoCorrect in MS Word? I like it. Only thing is, in the OP, I'd switch "droks" (and "dorks" for that matter, incessant morons...) to 'Droknar's Forge'.

This can't be a serious suggestion. I mean, its not possible to "translate" stuff like that. Heck, its hard enough to translate real languages with a computer algoritum (babblefish anybody?).

Have you ever used Microsoft Word? Just do it manually, it wouldn't be done by Guild Wars.

Its like the opposite of the Swedish Chef. I love this idea. Usually I just ignore anyone that talks like that and go on my merry way, but this idea is so creative I must sign it, even though I cannot see it being implemented.

OK, ok j/k...
too hard too implement. Let's face it skill changes aren't that hard to code (I guess, but I mean they've been doing it for 3 years they must be used to it at least), and it takes a full month to get one, no matter how big it is.
